I was doing laundry on Monday night and multitasking. Our dryer is old and has a buzzer that is long, loud, and truly annoying. It went off when Chris was sound asleep, so I immediately shut it off and opened the dryer door. I went back to the conversation on the phone and continuing to fold the previous load of laundry. When I returned to the dryer a few moments later, I found an extra item inside. It was a good thing I didn't blindly shut the door and decide to let it run a while longer. I was met by a warm, comfy cat who glared at me for attempting to ruin her sleeping spot. The what-if of that moment made me cringe. Mental note: NEVER leave the dryer door open...especially if it is filled with warm, fluffy clothes. I HAD to take some pictures.....
